About Me
My Story…
I am passionate about the power of coaching to transform lives, careers and businesses. I firmly believe that life is too short not to live it on our own terms and to do the things that give our life meaning and purpose.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade working as a London City lawyer specialising in international dispute resolution. My work was fascinating, challenging and high-profile and I got to work with incredibly smart and talented people. Yet I had that niggling feeling deep down that, despite achieving everything I had set out to achieve, I wasn’t living the life I truly wanted for myself and I was often left feeling unfulfilled. Becoming increasingly curious about what life outside of law might look like, amongst other things I enrolled in a coaching course and quickly developed a passion for all things coaching!
So I made the (exciting, yet daunting!) decision to leave the legal profession in order to study for an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School and to establish my coaching practice. I have always been interested in people and what makes them “tick”, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be doing work that I love and believe in. Everyone is unique and it is a privilege to work alongside clients as they navigate their path to greater personal and professional fulfilment and success.
