Our working lives often involve high levels of pressure, expectation and responsibility. This can lead to stress, overwhelm and frustration – all of which can impact good decision-making, performance and our overall sense of wellbeing and fulfilment. Coaching offers a confidential sounding board, a non-judgemental space in which to think, generate new insights and unlock possibilities. It provides a source of support in overcoming personal and professional obstacles, which can help to reduce the feelings of isolation that we can experience at work.

I predominantly work with professionals who are looking to experience greater levels of personal and professional success and fulfilment. I firmly believe that inner confidence, the ability to inspire others and to experience greater fulfilment in our work, emerges when our behaviours and whole way of being are guided by our values, strengths and genuine aspirations. It is when our fears of failure and rejection - which are often rooted in the belief that we are “not clever, competent, adequate or worthy enough” - dictate our behaviour that we experience anxiety, frustration and discontentment. Extraordinary things happen when we show up for work feeling inspired, confident and purposeful!  

Coaching offers a safe space in which to develop greater self-awareness around who you are as a person, what you wish to achieve personally and professionally and how to access the most powerful version of yourself so that you can show up with greater impact, influence and authenticity. 

My coaching is both supportive and challenging and takes account of the wider organisational context. I bring warmth and compassion, but I am also structured and solution focused, ensuring my clients get the most out of each session.
